Recruitment Consultant (all levels) - London

Location: London Bridge
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 basic + uncapped commission

We are proud to have partnered with both sub and main contractors in growing their businesses and strengthening with staff requirements over the years on multi-million-pound single projects, and infrastructure frameworks across the country.

With our continued growth we are now hiring Recruitment Consultant's of all levels to support our coverage with both existing and new clients within the Civil Engineering and Build Sector
. We have opening's for both White Collar Perm & Freelance, and Blue Collar recruitment Consultants.

• Building and managing relationships with new and existing clients
• Negotiating offers and managing the full 360 around hiring process
• Strategic approach in growing existing and new clients
• Business development and networking
• Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles
• Writing job adverts and managing online postings
• Achieving monthly and quarterly targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A driven, resilient and target-focused attitude
• Sales, recruitment or customer-facing experience (desirable)
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills
• A genuine desire to build a long-term career in recruitment
