An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fast-growing, London-based luxury asset and retail business specialising in fine wine and premium spirits. Based near Liverpool Street (hybrid working available), this full-time permanent role offers a salary of £27,500 - £32,500 plus commission and strong earning potential. As the business continues to expand across retail, e-commerce and investment services, they are strengthening their internal recruitment function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to gain broad exposure across multiple departments within a dynamic and ambitious organisation.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Draft and manage engaging job adverts and candidate briefs.
• Source candidates via Linked In, job boards and referrals to build quality shortlists.
• Conduct CV reviews and telephone/video screenings to assess suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication and maintain accurate recruitment records.

• 1–2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in‑house).
• Experience sourcing and screening across varied roles (sales, marketing, marketing, admin, retail preferred).
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach.

• £27,500 - £32,500 pa + Commission
• Discretionary quarterly bonus
• Realistic OTE:
  Year 1 £ 50k, Year 2 £ 70k–£75k, Year 3 £ 100k
