What You’ll Actually Be DoingThis is a client-facing, commercially driven role.
- Identifying businesses that are hiring
- Reaching out via Linked In, email, phone, networking
- Pitching Skreena’s AI-powered recruitment solution
- Securing agreement to work the role (no win, no fee)
- Speaking with the hiring manager
- Understanding role requirements, salary, must-have skills, culture fit
- Advising on job positioning if needed
- Agreeing timelines and expectations
- Writing or refining the job description
- Posting the role on relevant job boards
- Sharing the Skreena application link
- Driving candidate traffic into the platform
- Reviewing AI-scored candidate reports
- Selecting the top 3–5 strongest matches
- Delivering a professional shortlist to the client
- Coordinating interviews and offer stage
- Supporting both client and candidate through the offer
- Securing acceptance
- Invoicing your agreed fee
