We’re looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to help drive data integrity, operational excellence and meaningful insights across our global HR technology landscape. With a primary focus on SAP Success Factors, you’ll partner closely with HR teams worldwide to champion a data‑first mindset and ensure our systems operate seamlessly and efficiently.

About the RoleAs Senior Analyst, you’ll be the go‑to expert for SAP Success Factors, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly while driving continuous improvement across our HR systems. You’ll troubleshoot issues, support HR cycles, improve data quality, and support HR’s digital transformation by working closely with the HRIS Transformation Project team.
This role also plays a critical part in upholding data governance, ensuring compliance with SOX, GDPR and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily operational and technical support for SAP Success Factors (EC, Time, Compensation, Performance).
- Act as first‑line support, resolving HRIS issues in partnership with HR, IT and external providers.
- Support cyclical HR activities including salary review and performance management.
- Lead investigations and root‑cause analysis for system or data issues, recommending sustainable solutions.
- Test and deploy SAP enhancements, upgrades and standard release features.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, enabling accurate and timely HR insights.
- Conduct data audits, championing data accuracy, integrity and compliance.
- Create and deliver user‑friendly training materials and communications to increase system adoption.
- Collaborate with transformation teams to evolve system functionality and embed improvements into BAU.
- Promote HR technology education and data literacy across HR and the wider business.
