I am delighted to be partnering with a prestigious luxury perfume brand based in London's West End who are seeking a talented HR Manager to join their growing business. This is a rare opportunity to join an iconic fragrance house and play a pivotal role in shaping their people strategy during an exciting period of growth.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Partner with managers to ensure recruitment and development strategies support wider business goals. - Attract and recruit top talent across both retail and office functions.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Ensure onboarding processes are legally compliant (Right to Work checks) and aligned with brand values and culture.
- Talent Development & Learning:
Work with brand ambassadors and trainers to deliver impactful learning and development programmes. - Support training needs analysis and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Contribute to succession planning, career development, and leadership development initiatives.
- Performance & Capability Management:
Lead the annual performance cycle and support managers with goal-setting and feedback. - Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans.
- Employee Relations, Engagement & Culture:
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, offering clear and supportive guidance. - Manage employee relations matters, with support from external advisors for complex cases.
- Support initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Lead on engagement activities and feedback processes to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- CIPD Level 5 or above.
- Proven experience as a standalone HR Manager, ideally within luxury retail or a similar premium environment.
- Strong background in talent acquisition and development.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
