Senior/Principal Consultant Opportunity

• Exceptional Compensation – Up to £75K base + up to 50% commission on high-value, retained searches with no race-to-the-bottom fees
• Balanced Flexibility – 3 days in central London, 2 remote (Fully remote considered for experienced professionals)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience – 2-3+ years in executive search or senior finance recruitment (hospitality experience is a plus but not essential)
• Senior Stakeholder Skills – Confident operating at board level with strong business development capabilities
• Search Methodology – Retained search experience preferred, but open to high-performing contingent recruiters ready to elevate their career
• Industry Network – A hospitality finance network is advantageous but not required
