About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing staffing and recruitment agency operating in the Residential Property Sector. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated, organised, and reliable Recruitment Co-ordinator to join the company and provide support to our Permanents Team through candidate sourcing and administrative assistance. This is an exciting opportunity to develop an administrative or recruitment career in a fast-paced environment with plenty of progression opportunities for the right person.

Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants by managing essential administrative tasks, sourcing candidates, and ensuring smooth operations. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to develop their career in recruitment or someone who enjoys supporting others and working in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for various job vacancies through job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Add and update candidate information in the database and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication.
  • Assist with candidate compliance, ensuring all necessary documents and checks are completed.
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing job descriptions, sending communications, and managing emails.
  • Update recruitment software with candidate progress, interview feedback, and placements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to support the overall recruitment strategy and client needs.

About You:

  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • A proactive and reliable individual who takes ownership of tasks.
  • Ambitious, with a desire to progress within the recruitment industry.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred, though not essential.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes or databases is a plus but not required.
