• Basic salary between £27,000 and £35,000 (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission with realistic £60K+ OTE Year 1
• Promotion to Recruitment Consultant in 6 to 12 months

• Degree educated (any subject)
• Confident, outgoing, and ambitious
• Competitive nature (sports or sales experience a bonus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
