Head of Consultant Acquisition, EMEA and APAC; Director

Head of Consultant Acquisition, EMEA and APAC (Director) Reporting to the Global Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition, the Head of EMEA/APAC Consultant Acquisition will lead the design and execution of the hiring strategy for all revenue-generating positions across EMEA and APAC within the firm’s three business lines:
Executive Search, Leadership Consulting, and On Demand Talent. This strategic leader will partner closely with regional leadership on lateral hiring, team lifts, and M&A opportunities to accelerate growth across diverse and complex markets. The Head of Consultant Acquisition, EMEA and APAC will be responsible for world‑class assessment and selection process, onboarding programs, and sourcing strategy tailored to the EMEA and APAC talent landscape, in alignment with the global talent strategy.

Key collaborators/stakeholders include the SVP Global Talent Acquisition, Head of Consultant Acquisition for the Americas, Regional Leadership for Executive Search, Leadership Consulting, and On Demand Talent, as well as Regional HR Business Partners.

The Head of Consultant Acquisition, EMEA and APAC will lead the design and execution of the hiring strategy for all revenue-generating positions across EMEA and APAC.

• Design and deliver an effective, inclusive talent pipeline strategy to source and attract best‑in‑class consultant talent aligned to the regional growth strategy across EMEA and APAC, in partnership with the global talent acquisition function.
• Proactively implement and manage an effective, flexible, and scalable recruiting process to source and hire top‑tier candidates in highly competitive and diverse markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia‑Pacific.
• Introduce innovative sourcing strategies and assessment methodologies to enable faster, higher‑quality hiring and drive operational consistency across the function. Share best practices and collaborate with global talent acquisition team.
• Build strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders across the regions, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on market conditions, talent availability, and competitive intelligence. Report regularly on market trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics impacting hiring across EMEA and APAC.
• Support the adoption and disciplined use of talent acquisition metrics and analytics, driving data‑informed decision‑making and accountability across the regional team.
• Co‑create, manage, and champion an inclusive diversity recruitment strategy tailored to the cultural and regulatory complexities of EMEA and APAC markets.

• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with specialization in executive recruiting; ideal candidate will have experience within matrixed, corporate environments (professional services strongly preferred) and will have operated across multiple countries.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.

• Deep understanding of best‑in‑class recruitment strategies and operations, combined with the willingness and capability to solve complex problems.
• Demonstrated ability to implement robust business processes that ensure effective workforce planning, alignment of resources, and disciplined decision‑making across multiple geographies.
• Track record of leveraging analytics to drive hiring decisions and market intelligence in support of regional expansion.
• Strong executive presence; ability to function as a trusted business partner by building rapport and credibility with senior leaders. Provides perspective and sound judgment while maintaining the highest levels of integrity and trust.
• Experience coaching and developing team members to enhance both individual and team effectiveness in support of overarching business objectives.

• Experience with in matrixed, corporate environments (professional services strongly preferred).
