Talent Manager, HR Manager, Employee Relations
Overview
People Business Partner role at Frazer Jones. This is a 10-month Fixed Term Contract with an immediate start. The successful candidate will support a fast-paced, commercial sales environment and partner with Directors, senior leadership and the wider HR team to align the people strategy with growth, values and effective people processes. The role offers the opportunity to work on wider people projects and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Reward teams.
Hybrid working: 4 days in the London office.

Responsibilities- Partner with Directors and senior leadership to translate business needs into strategic people and culture initiatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Reward teams on people projects.
- Support workforce planning, employee development and performance management to drive business objectives.
- Champion innovation, push boundaries and bring commercial, people-focused solutions to the business.
- Provide complex employee relations support and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
- Proven HR Business Partnering experience in a fast-paced, commercial global environment within food & beverage, FMCG or Retail sectors.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership up to Director level, balancing strategic work with hands-on people processes.
- Experience across talent management and succession planning, working with senior leaders to retain, attract and develop talent.
- Ability to translate business requirements into strategic people and culture initiatives and deliver commercially focused solutions across workforce planning, development and performance management.
- Data and metrics proficiency, with the ability to gather relevant data and use it to steer commercial decision making.
- Strong complex employee relations experience and solid understanding of UK employment law.
Contract:
10 months Fixed Term Contract.
