Principal Recruitment Consultant - Base £30-55k - Perm or Contract - Europe / US Focus

Responsibilities:

- Creating unique strategies for sourcing, attracting, and engaging with standout talent.
- Providing insights on market trends and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Enhancing the employer brand through an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborating with internal teams and senior leadership to optimise recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements:
- Ideally 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Technology industry.
- Proven track record of successful placements within the digital sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to develop strong professional relationships.
- Robust understanding of the digital space and market trends.
