  • Providing insights on market trends and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Enhancing the employer brand through an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and senior leadership to optimise recruitment processes and strategies.


Requirements:

  • Ideally 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successful placements within the digital sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop strong professional relationships.
  • Robust understanding of the digital space and market trends.
