Payroll Business Partner- FTC

Signet are delighted to be supporting a large, established FMCG business with a key role within their growing business, responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payroll for circa 4,000 employees. In this role, you will combine hands‑on payroll management with stakeholder partnering and process improvement and you’ll act as the organisation’s payroll specialist. They are looking for someone to join on an initial 6 month contract which will be highly likely to extend.

• Lead weekly and monthly payrolls via an outsourced provider
• Complete payroll checks and sign-off cycles
• Ensure accurate processing of employee changes and benefits (pensions, PMI, P11
  
  Ds, statutory reporting)
• Partner with HR and Finance to provide payroll insight and support budgeting
• Drive payroll system improvements and automation initiatives
• Line‑manage and develop one team member

• Experience with outsourced payroll and HRIS systems
• Confident stakeholder manager with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
