Overview

The role:

Reviva are partnering with a VC-backed B2B SaaS company operating across Europe in the decision intelligence and risk-adjacent space.

They are entering a key growth phase and are hiring a People & Talent Manager to take full ownership of the people function. This is a standalone, hands-on role with genuine autonomy and clear progression as the business scales.

You’ll own everything across HR, people operations, culture, and in-house recruitment, while playing a central role in international growth and future acquisitions.

Salary and Benefits

Location
  • London based - hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)
  • Regular travel between the UK and EU
Responsibilities
  • Own and continuously improve end-to-end people operations across the employee lifecycle
  • Act as the go-to advisor for leaders on HR, performance, and organisational design
  • Fully own in-house recruitment
  • Embed and scale company culture, values, and engagement initiatives
  • Support people-related activity during acquisitions, including cross-border integration
  • Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business growth plans
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a standalone or senior People / HR Manager role
  • Background in a scaling business, ideally SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
  • Hands-on recruitment experience, including direct sourcing
  • Experience supporting international teams and cross-border employment
  • Comfortable operating autonomously with both strategic and operational responsibility
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 desirable, or equivalent practical experience
