We have an exciting opportunity for a People Services Specialist to provide senior administrative support and guidance within our People Service Desk.
Where will I be working?Reporting into the People Services Lead, you will be an integral part of our People team, playing an active role in helping develop and implement the plans enabling Wellcome to become the best place to work, in support of the delivery of the mission.
What will I be doing?As the People Services Specialist, you will be the senior administrator in our People Service Desk.
You will manage our more complex people administration queries, have ownership for senior leadership support, and provide clear guidance and support to line managers, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and consistently.
You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, promoting a consistent approach while maintaining a strong customer service focus throughout.

The minimum requirements of the role are:- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex HR queries concerning the employee lifecycle and manage escalations from People Services Assistants.
- Experience with in an HR Helpdesk or Shared Services environment preferred, managing all escalations by the People Services Assistants: including visas, secondments and redundancy administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, with preference for Workday experience.
