We are looking for a Resourcing Assistant to join our friendly and collaborative Resourcing Team. You will be at the heart of keeping our recruitment running smoothly – supporting candidates and hiring managers from first enquiry right through to their first day. Your organisation, communication and problem‑solving skills will help ensure every experience feels seamless and professional.
You will also play a key part in supporting our valued Hourly Paid Lecturers and Support colleagues, helping with re‑engagements, claims and contracts. It is admin with purpose – you will be directly contributing to how we deliver teaching, learning and support across the organisation.
From preparing interview packs and managing inbox queries to coordinating onboarding and working across systems like Oleeo, iTrent and HPS, you will be the person who keeps things moving and makes sure every detail is right.
You will join a team that is dynamic, inclusive and genuinely supportive. We take pride in doing things well and celebrate each other’s successes. Many of our previous team members have gone on to progress into Resourcing and HR Advisor roles, so this is a great next step if you are looking to grow your career in people and talent.
