About the Role

Our highly successful SAP Success Factors practice consists of 35+ consultants in the UK team, part of our EMEA-wide and Global competency that is industry agnostic, high performing, and highly supportive. As a new Success Factors Senior Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the success of our team. You will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

This role is open to all our national offices and will involve some client travel.

• Use various tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.
• Review work for quality and relevance, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of SAP Success Factors/HCM solutions.

• You have HR technology implementation experience covering all aspects of the development cycle from initial HR technology advisory, product and vendor selection, detailed scoping & design to implementation and ongoing optimisation.
• You have knowledge of HR Technology & integration across the entire employee life cycle covering mainly Success Factors and optionally on-premise ERP HR to other cloud SaaS solutions.
• You are skilled in integrating HR solutions within complex IT environments across multiple geographies, HR systems and platforms for large global organisations.
• You demonstrate abilities and/or a proven record of success in both functional and technical experience in Success Factors solutions.
