Lead Consultant/Head of U.S. Construction Recruitment – Responsibilities will include:

• Drive the development and expansion of our U.S. Construction Recruitment services.
• Build and nurture relationships with key players in the U.S. construction industry.
• Lead the recruitment efforts, ensuring top-tier talent is placed with top-tier companies.
• Spearhead the growth of a U.S.
  
  -focused Construction Division.
• Take on a leadership role with a clear trajectory towards Directorship and equity in the business.

• A Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager with a proven track record in the U.S. construction recruitment industry.
• Experienced in building and managing relationships with main/subcontractor construction firms.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and ready to take on a leadership role.
• Knowledgeable in U.S. construction markets, with a strong network in the industry is highly desirable.
