Reward Manager – 12 MONTH FTC (to May 2027)
London | Hybrid
Up to £75,000pa - all benefits included
Reward, Benefits & Payroll – evenly split role
Reward- Strong compensation review and analysis focus
- Pay transparency and fairness are important
- Data formulation and analysis to be passed to HRBPs
- Must be strong in Excel (pivots, data manipulation, sense-checking outputs)
- Benchmarking exposure essential (McLagan experience is a big plus)
- 5 payrolls in total
- 1 Jersey (fully outsourced)
- ADP used for payroll reporting and integration
- Benefits add complexity to payroll (flex choices can change monthly)
- Must be confident reconciling, validating, and troubleshooting payroll data
- Payroll knowledge needs to be solid
- Strong, mature benefits offering already in place
- Employees get an allocated 15% of their salary to benefits
- remaining used across flex benefits
- Darwin platform used
- Marsh Mercer support in place. They expect someone who can learn from provider insights and apply them
- Annual enrolment, renewals, holiday buy/sell all sit here
- Comfortable operating hands-on across payroll, benefits and reward
- Strong analytical mindset — not just process
- FTC-friendly candidates who want proper ownership
