Location: City of London – Liverpool Street / Moorgate

Working pattern: Fully onsite, Monday to Friday

As a Contract Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in growing our client base, strengthening existing partnerships, and connecting top-tier talent with leading roles across our specialist tech markets.

• Proactively identify and win new business through outreach, networking, and market research
• Build strong, long‑term client relationships and understand their hiring challenges
• Negotiate terms and manage ongoing client accounts

• Source high‑quality candidates using Linked In, job boards, referrals, and internal platforms
• Conduct screening calls, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best talent fit
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, providing an excellent experience throughout

• Achieve – and exceed – both personal and team targets
• Maintain accurate and organized CRM data
• Stay up to date with trends within your vertical, whether ERP, CRM, Data, or another tech area

• Full 360 recruitment experience is preferred
• A proven billing history and confidence working to KPIs
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation ability
• Ambition, resilience, and a results‑driven mindset
• Interest or experience in the tech recruitment sector is a plus
