Overview

Are you a Recruitment Consultant with 6+ months’ experience and an interest in the Life Sciences sector
? This is an opportunity to build a long-term career recruiting within a specialist, high-demand market across pharma, biotech, CROs, and medtech
.

You’ll manage the recruitment process within a defined Life Sciences market, partnering with clients and candidates across areas such as Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Biometrics, Medical Affairs, or Drug Safety
.

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360 or 180, depending on experience)
• Developing and maintaining client relationships within the Life Sciences market
• Sourcing and engaging candidates through headhunting, Linked In, and job boards
• Managing candidate interviews and client briefs
• Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Building deep market knowledge and long-term candidate pipelines

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in agency recruitment
• Exposure to Life Sciences recruitment (or strong interest in the sector)
• Confident communicator with clients and candidates
• Target-driven with a commercial mindset
• Experience recruiting perm, contract, or temp roles

• Competitive base salary +
