We are excited to be supporting a leading US Law firm in their search to find a polished, pro-active and eager Recruitment Assistant to join their Partner Recruiting team.

Salary: up to 40k

Hybrid: 3 in 2 home

Working in this close-knit and friendly Partner Recruiting team, the Recruitment Assistant will support the seniors and managers in the team with the below responsibilities:

• Drafting preliminary communications for prospective lateral partners and counsel applicants
• Coordinating interview logistics, including reserving meeting spaces and arranging virtual conferencing facilities
• Communicating directly with candidates and recruitment agencies, as well as collaborating with partners and colleagues across different practice areas
• Managing and updating candidate tracking systems and databases, ensuring records remain accurate and promptly resolving discrepancies
• Exploring and implementing new technological tools to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
• Preparing and maintaining recruitment agency agreements and recording candidate submissions
• Organising interviews and meetings, handling expense claims, and arranging travel itineraries for candidates

• 1+ years experience in a recruitment or HR team from a professional services or corporate background
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Be a strong team player
• Excellent communication skills
