Recruitment Consultant​/Senior Recruitment Consultant​/Recruitment Manager

You will primarily support established automotive clients, working on a mix of contract and permanent engineering roles.

• Managing and delivering roles for existing automotive and engineering clients
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
• Developing trusted client relationships through consistent delivery
• Supporting account growth and repeat business
• Mentoring junior team members (senior/management level)
• Contributing to process improvement and team development as the business grows

• Experience in recruitment (automotive, engineering, or technical preferred)
• Confidence engaging with candidates and clients at a professional level
• A delivery-focused mindset with high standards
• Team-first attitude with a desire to grow alongside the business
• For senior or management hires: experience owning accounts or leading delivery activity
