Operating at the core of global People Operations, you will ensure compliance, data integrity and operational excellence while supporting a high‑quality employee experience across multiple jurisdictions.

This role requires strong attention to detail, operational rigour and the ability to manage complexity in a fast‑paced, global environment.

YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES
  • Global Onboarding & Offboarding Excellence – Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding across UK, US, Germany and EOR employees via Deel, including contracts, documentation and system setup. Manage administrative aspects of global offboarding including resignations, terminations, documentation, system access removal and final payroll coordination, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience.

  • Payroll Coordination & Accuracy – Support monthly payroll processes by preparing and validating payroll inputs (new joiners, leavers, salary changes, bonuses) across multiple jurisdictions. Liaise with Finance, payroll providers and Deel to ensure payroll accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance – Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and People systems, ensuring GDPR compliance and audit‑ready documentation. Support global compliance requirements by aligning processes with local employment practices across the UK, US, Germany and EOR frameworks.
  • Employee Documentation & Benefits Administration – Prepare and issue contracts, letters, amendments and lifecycle documentation. Coordinate benefits administration and respond to employee queries relating to benefits and payroll.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers and IT to ensure a seamless pre‑boarding and onboarding experience. Support HR audits, reporting and People data requests including headcount, attrition and onboarding metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence – Track onboarding and offboarding checklists and documentation, identify process improvement opportunities, and enhance automation and efficiency across People Operations. Contribute to wider People team initiatives and operational projects in a dynamic, global environment.
