SLS Recruitment are working with a growing Training Provider and they have a new opportunity for a Bootcamp candidate progression manager. This is a hybrid role and will involve working in London twice per week and offers a salary of up to £32,000 with an OTE of £10,000.
You will manage all completed candidates from bootcamps to be proactive in self-sourcing outcomes, giving them the skills to be proactive in finding progressions. As a key focus of the role, you will offer training and support in areas like Linked In Profiles, Self-Search, Application Processes, Enhanced CV and Cover Letter Writing & Interview Preparation.
Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, delivering employability workshops, face to face meetings and business development telephone calling. This is a commercial and target focused role, you will be expected to convert learners into interviews but primarily placements.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and coach high-quality support to ensure Skills Bootcamps candidates progress through their 12-week program and transition into employment.
- Design, develop, and deliver group Soft Skills and Employability Skills sessions, as well as provide one-to-one coaching.
- Mentor the team to ensure all learners have an outstanding experience, complete their Skills Bootcamp
- Achieve and surpass KPIs aligned with candidate development, ensuring timely and successful completion of programs for all learners.
