About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused Office Support & People & Culture Advisor to play a key role in creating a positive, well‑run workplace and an exceptional employee experience.

This role sits at the heart of the business, combining hands‑on office operations with end‑to‑end people and culture support. You’ll be the go‑to person for office management, employee lifecycle processes, and day‑to‑day P&C guidance, supporting leaders and employees alike while helping foster a connected, compliant, and high‑performing workplace.

Please note this is a part‑time, in‑office role, with days worked Tuesday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities Office Management & Operations
  • Own the day‑to‑day operation of the office, including amenities, supplies, shared resources, and vendor management, to create a positive and well‑functioning workplace.
  • Plan and deliver internal events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, connection, and employee wellbeing.
  • Support internal communications related to office operations and culture initiatives, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
  • Maintain workplace health and safety standards in line with UK regulations, including compliance, risk assessments, and issue resolution.
People & Culture
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and new‑starter experience.
  • Provide trusted advice to employees and leaders on HR matters, policies, and employee relations, including performance and disciplinary processes.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and support payroll processes, including employee changes and queries.
  • Maintain and update people policies in line with local legislation and organisational needs.
