HR Director, 6 month FTC - Leading UK Charity - London with hybrid working - £68,300 FTE

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR leader to join a leading charity going through a period of positive transformational change.

Reporting into the Executive Director of Corporate Services you will lead a newly restructured HR and OD function. As part of the Executive Leadership you will be a trusted partner to the Executive Group and CEO.

• Providing direction and leadership for the HR function, ensuring it continues to support and improve the delivery of the organisation's strategy
• Driving and embedding organisational development and cultural change
• Contributing to the organisation's leadership, planning and policy formulation
• Leading employee related wellbeing, performance and development initiatives
• Ensuring the strong employer brand attracts, develops and retains the best talent
• Facilitating and enabling a positive employee relations climate
• Driving continuous improvement across the HR Function

You should be an experienced HR Director or an HR Leader with a track record of leading, coaching and managing an HR function in a complex environment. Experience of driving cultural change and performance improvement needs to be combined with experience of developing and implementing people strategies. A proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with Executive and Board colleagues is essential.
