**** How You Will Support the Team**
* ** Primary Expert:
** Act as the go-to resource on all day-to-day HR matters, including onboarding and offboarding.
* ** HR Operations**:
Lead the day-to-day HR operations across Europe, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, probation, performance reviews, and development initiatives.
* ** Office Champion:
** As we operate with a lean team, you will take a hands-on approach to our workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment and managing local office operations with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset.
* ** Legal Compliance:
** Maintain and update policies to ensure they remain legally sound and compliant with regional labor laws.
* ** Systems Management:
** Take ownership of HR data and regional systems, ensuring accuracy and reporting integrity.

** Who You Are**
* ** Experienced Practitioner:
** You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Advisor or Generalist, ideally within a tech-forward environment.
* ** Labor Law:
** You possess a strong working knowledge of UK labor laws.
* ** International Awareness:
** Familiarity with European labor markets (such as Spain or Germany) is a significant advantage.
* ** Adaptable & Practical:
** You are happy to balance high-level people support with the essential administrative, and office tasks that keep a team thriving.
* ** Tech-Savvy:
** You are quick to learn new systems and enjoy using technology to improve HR processes.
