Location: Greater London

Malaberg is not a creative agency. We are a Direct-to-Consumer brand holding company. We build and grow brands from product development to marketing and customer service. We build brands that solve real problems, and scale them using data-backed performance marketing. Doing so, we’ve created some of the fastest-growing D2C brands worldwide.

The Mandate

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to play a key role in delivering our people strategy to optimise talent, performance and engagement across the organisation.

This is both a strategic position, where you will influence business decisions and lead change initiatives, and a hands-on role overseeing HR and payroll administration in a company of c. 100 employees based across London, Oxford, and Sheffield.

You will work closely with leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with company priorities. You will lead on critical areas such as leadership and talent development, performance optimisation, employee engagement, learning and development, and reward and recognition.

You will ensure that accurate HR records are maintained, from a compliance perspective, and work with Finance on ensuring payroll runs smoothly each month.

This is perfect for an accomplished HR professional with strong commercial acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in HR partnering and organisational development in a fast-paced environment.

The Skills You Will Have When You Apply

  • Demonstrable HR generalist expertise, including talent management & development, and employee relations;
  • Advanced proficiency in influencing senior stakeholders, fostering trust-based relationships;
  • Experience of delivering high-impact coaching and leadership development interventions;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practice;
  • Resilience in adapting to dynamic organisational contexts; and
  • Ability to work across all 3 sites and adapt to travel requirements as necessary.

What We’ll Give You For This Role

  • Open to part-time (3 or 4 days per week);
  • Competitive salary considering skills, experience and qualifications;
  • Holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays;
  • Flexible working from our office or your home (with travel, as required); and
  • Employee assistance programme for employee wellbeing.

If this sounds like an exciting challenge you’d love to take on, we’d love to hear from you! Please submit your CV today — we look forward to reviewing your application.
