About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role at the heart of UCL’s People Partnering Team. You’ll work alongside experienced HR People Partners to deliver people-focused initiatives that make a real difference to our staff and managers.

You’ll be a trusted first point of contact for your client group, helping to resolve employee relations matters and working with our specialist Employee Relations Team on more complex cases. Your work will directly contribute to creating a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Data and insights will also be part of your toolkit: you’ll prepare clear, engaging HR reports using business analytics tools, turning complex information into meaningful insights that inform decision-making.
