Recruitment Coordinator - Investment Firm (West London)

Ongoing Temporary Assignment
Hourly rate equivalent to up to £50,000 salary

We are partnering with a prestigious investment firm based in West London who are seeking a highly organised, proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR/Recruitment function on an ongoing temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination, stakeholder management, and process-management skills to support a busy lateral recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment Operations & Coordination
  • Support the lateral recruitment team with end‑to‑end coordination of hiring processes.
  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics, including setting up modelling tests for candidates.
  • Liaise with the Milan office Executive Assistants to arrange IT/laptop setup for new hires.
  • Coordinate contractor hiring for corporate functions, including issuing confidentiality forms and managing induction logistics.
  • Engage with recruitment agencies, ensuring background checks and screening are completed.
Onboarding & HR Administration
  • Manage onboarding trackers, flagging any delays or issues proactively.
  • Oversee weekly joiners and leavers meetings and maintain accurate updates.
  • Handle Workday inputs, including start date changes, updates, and data accuracy checks.
  • Request contracts and ensure all documentation is prepared and sent out on time.
  • Maintain and update headcount trackers and recruitment process trackers.
Finance & Compliance Support
  • Manage invoicing processes: approval, tracking, and liaising closely with the Accounts Payable team.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders, including international offices.
