About the Role
- As a Recruitment Consultant in this niche market, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing skilled professionals in roles like Fire & Security Service Engineers, Security Installation Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, Fire Alarm Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Multi-Skilled Engineers.

• Source and place skilled professionals in Fire & Security roles (e.g., Fire & Security Service Engineers, Security Installation Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, Fire Alarm Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Multi-Skilled Engineers).
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and match candidates to opportunities.
• Navigate the recruitment process end-to-end, including candidate screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain a network of industry professionals and potential employers.
• Manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload while maintaining quality and candidate experience.

• Energy, determination, and a love for recruitment.
• Experience in the Fire & Security sector is a plus, but applications from recruiters with Engineering, Technical, or similar backgrounds are welcome.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.

• A competitive base salary between £25,000 and £40,000
• An industry-leading commission structure with no threshold, allowing you to earn up to 30% of all your billings
