Drivethe Employee Relationsstrategytodeliverequitableandconsistentoutcomesthatstrengthenemployeetrustandsupportorganizationalobjectives .Delivercommercialoutcomeswhilstalsoproactivelymitigatingrisk.

Theroleiscriticalindrivingstandardsoflinemanagementsupportwhilstalsoutilizingdatatodriveimprovementsandareasoffocus.

Youwillmanagehigh-riskandhigh-profile cases,whilstleadingateamofregionalexpertswhowilldirectlypartnerwithlinemanagersonsensitivepeopleissues.

Therolecoversthe Michael Kors Brandacrossthe EMEAregionandwillbeaprominentsupportfunctiontoallchannelsacrossour Retailand Corporate teams .Keystakeholderrelationshipsforthisrolewillbethe

Youandyourteamwill:
  • Provideadviceandcounseltoallbusinessunitsontopicsrangingfrompolicyinterpretation,internal investigations,performance&absence management,flexible working,harassment,discrimination,retaliation,unfair dismissal,andreductionsinworkforce

  • Ensureconsistentapplicationofpoliciesandprocedures

  • Reviewandadviseonwarninganddisciplineandterminationdocumentation,grievanceinvitationsandoutcomesandemployeeconsultationlettersacrosstheorganization-tailoringanddeliveringrecommendationsinaneffectivewaytohelpinfluencetherightoutcomeswithstakeholderswhilemitigatingrisktotheCompany

  • Assistwithsupportingdocumentationforallreductionsinworkforce,restructurings,andad-hocpositioneliminations.

  • Workwithinternallegalcounseland,where appropriate,externalcounseltoensurecompliancewithalllocallegislationontopicssuchasconductingworkplaceinvestigations,performance management,newmarketopenings.

  • In Partnership with Legal ,maintainanin-depthknowledgeoflegislativetrendsandlegalupdatestoadvisemarketsaccordingly.

Investigations
  • Partnercloselywithour Loss Preventionteamandprovideexpertiseontheinvestigationandsuccessfulresolutionof ERissuesandcomplaints.

  • Assistwiththedevelopmentofinvestigationplansandleadcomplexinvestigationsatandaboveacertainorganizationalleveltominimizelegalrisk.

  • Ensurethataconsistentandequitableprocesshasbeenapplied,make recommendations,andoverseeimplementationofdecisionsthatleadtothefairandconsistentresolutionofclaimsrelatedtodiscriminationharassment,working conditions,disciplinary actions,andemployeeandapplicantappealsandgrievances.

Employee Relations Case Management ,Metric sand Reporting
  • Understandandutiliseexistingtoolstoenableacasemanagementapproachthatensureeffectiveandefficientresponseandresolution.

  • Leverage metrics,tools,dataandresourcestohelpidentify

    ERandorganizationaleffectivenesstrends,insightsandproactivestrategiesthatassistwithincreasingengagementandreducingrisk.

  • Conductregularauditsofthesystemtoensureproperuse.

Change Programme Delivery
  • Managetheimplementationandexecutionof

    ER-relatedchangeinitiatives(e.g.,organizational restructuring,legislationchangeswhichmayimpactwaysofworking).

  • Whererequiredtakealead

    ERroleonexecutingchangeprogrammessuchasconsultationsrelatedtobusinesstransformationorreorganizations.

  • Supportleadershipteamsthroughperiodsofchangewithclearcommunicationstrategiesandrobust

    ER frameworks.

Data&Reporting
  • Maintainaccuraterecordsofcomplex

    ERcasestoensurelegalcomplianceandriskmanagement.
