In this Entry Level Recruiter role, you’ll join our award‑winning training programme designed to develop you into a confident, high‑performing recruiter. You’ll build core skills across sales, business development, and lead generation, while learning how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. At Meet, we give both inexperienced and experienced professionals the opportunity to thrive in a high-performing, fast-paced sales environment.

• Own your 360 recruitment desk: sourcing candidates & winning new clients
• Building and nurturing relationships with candidates and clients
• Use tools like Linked In Recruiter, cold calling, and referrals
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from screen to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet their recruitment needs
• Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date

• Sales-focused mindset & hunger to succeed
• Outbound sales experience (a big plus!)
• Resilience, drive, and a team-player attitude
