As our Talent Acquisition Manager – Markets
, you’ll be part of the Talent & Performance team, working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Talent Acquisition
. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers – today and tomorrow.
The Talent Acquisition Manager – Markets leads the delivery of talent acquisition strategies across Dr. Martens’ commercial markets, ensuring we attract, engage and hire diverse, high-performing talent aligned to our brand and growth ambitions. This role partners closely with Commercial leadership, General Managers and HRBPs to deliver market‑specific hiring plans within global frameworks, balancing speed, quality and candidate experience.
By embedding inclusive and consumer‑centric hiring practices, the role strengthens organisational capability, accelerates time‑to‑hire and supports equitable access to career opportunities – critical enablers of our growth strategy.
COREACCOUNTABILITIES
As our Talent Acquisition Manager – Markets
, you will be responsible for:
- Deliver market‑level Talent Acquisition strategies aligned to global frameworks, partnering with commercial leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive sourcing pipelines.
- Act as the primary TA partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, General Managers and HRBPs, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent challenges and market‑specific hiring strategies.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices across markets, embedding structured interviews, diverse shortlists and accessible processes while ensuring compliance with DEI and local legal requirements.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen employer brand presence, partnering with Communications and Brand teams to support local recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Lead a high‑performing TA team while optimising recruitment processes, systems and reporting, using hiring data and KPIs to improve performance and share best practices globally.

- Proven Talent Acquisition leader with experience delivering recruitment across multiple markets within a global organisation.
- Strong knowledge of inclusive and equitable hiring practices, with awareness of local compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Credible and influential partner to senior stakeholders, able to manage complex, multi‑market priorities and build strong relationships.
- Data‑driven mindset, using recruitment metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve hiring performance.
- Effective communicator and collaborator who champions employer brand values while leveraging technology and streamlined processes to drive efficiency in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.
