Senior Reward Specialist

Ready to elevate how organisations reward and motivate their people?

My client, a global professional services organisation with expertise in HR strategy, transformation, and transactions, is looking for an experienced Senior Reward Specialist to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending strategic thinking with hands‑on reward expertise, while working closely with a diverse portfolio of clients.

The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with a broad range of clients to shape reward frameworks that support business priorities and workforce needs.
  • Offer specialist guidance on compensation design, benefits programmes, incentive structures, and job evaluation.
  • Lead or support key reward initiatives such as pay equality reviews, executive pay projects, and total reward redesign.
  • Interpret benchmarking data, reward trends, and internal insights to deliver clear, informed recommendations.
  • Produce high‑impact deliverables including reports, presentations, and insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Strengthen client relationships by providing thoughtful, tailored advice across all areas of reward.
  • Monitor developments in regulation, market practice, and emerging reward trends to keep clients ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Bring

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Solid experience in reward or compensation, ideally gained in a consulting environment or a complex corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of reward methodologies, job architecture, and benchmarking frameworks.
  • The ability to translate data into compelling insights that influence decision‑making.
  • Confident communication skills and the capability to manage a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities, with a track record of delivering high‑quality work at pace.
  • A forward‑thinking approach and genuine interest in modernising reward practices.
