Graduate Officer, Compliance

This is an entry-level role designed to provide on the job training and hands-on experience in the chosen field.

You will work closely with seasoned professionals to gain valuable insights, contribute to meaningful projects and develop a strong foundation for your career.

· Report to Head of Compliance

· Assist in monitoring and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

· Support the development and implementation of compliance and AML program and initiatives

· Conduct research and analysis to identify potential compliance risks

· Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards

· Assist in AML/CFT name screening on a daily basis in a timely manner

· Coordinate with relevant departments/personnel to resolve any name screening issues including system issues

· Assist in the preparation of AML/CFT name screening statistics and reporting

· Assist in the preparation of training and guidance materials relating to name screening

· Undertake any other additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by department head

REQUIREMENTS

· Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree from reputable Universities

· Strong interest in compliance and eagerness to learn

· Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Good communication skills both verbal and written with ability to interact comfortably with a variety of stakeholders.
