A leading construction company based in Farringdon is looking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the business

* Assist with recruitment processes including advertising roles, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new starters

* Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

* Support with payroll administration and absence tracking

* Assist in the delivery of HR projects and initiatives

* Respond to general HR queries from employees and line managers

* Ensure all HR processes comply with employment legislation and company policies

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR support role

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
