The OpportunityAs a Team Lead at Hunter Bond, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, developing talent, and shaping the future of our growing team and recruitment function. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll balance personal billing with coaching a high‑performing team.
What You’ll Do- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, driving daily performance and long‑term growth
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across technology, finance, and quantitative markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring the team meets delivery goals and quality standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, hiring plans, and process improvement
- Support business development through market insights and talent intelligence
- Foster a positive, high‑energy culture built around excellence, ownership, and collaboration
- Proven experience in recruitment (tech/finance/quant markets a strong plus)
- Previous leadership or mentoring responsibility within an agency environment (highly desired)
- Strong track record of billing + developing recruitment talent
- A commercially driven mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality outcomes
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
