- Managing your own desk with autonomy and accountability
- Leading full‑cycle recruitment for premium hospitality clients
- Developing, nurturing and growing client relationships
- Coaching and mentoring junior recruiters
- Contributing to strategic growth and business development
- Proven agency recruitment experience in hospitality or related sectors
- A strong commercial mindset & revenue generating track record
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- A passion for quality placements and client satisfaction
