Location: London (2 days a week in the office - Wednesday and Thursday's in Soho Square)

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team, reporting to our TA Team Lead, and partner closely with our Product Development organisation – including Engineering, Product, and Experience Design.

You’ll help us attract and hire the best talent to power the future of our platform and play a pivotal role in evolving how we hire at Rightmove.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own end-to-end Recruitment: craft job ads, source, interview, and negotiate offers.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: act as a trusted advisor, working closely with stakeholders to understand needs and provide market insights.
  • Sourcing the Best Talent: use Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and networking to build strong talent pipelines, especially for sales-focused roles in a tech environment.
  • Driving Recruitment Innovation: improve our hiring processes, tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Championing Diversity & Inclusion: ensure inclusive hiring practices are embedded in everything we do.
  • Using Data to Drive Success: track key hiring metrics to measure performance and continuously improve.
Who You Are
  • In-house recruitment experience (essential) – ideally with focus on Product, Engineering, or Design roles within a fast‑paced tech organisation.
  • A true partner – commercially aware, confident in influencing while building trust, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Curious and creative – love exploring new sourcing methods and tools and ways of engaging talent.
  • Data‑driven & results‑focused – use metrics to drive decisions and continuously improve.
  • Candidate experience obsessed – ensure a seamless, positive journey for every applicant.
  • Proactive & adaptable – comfortable working in an environment where priorities shift and opportunities to make an impact abound.
