Job Title: Associate (Executive Search)

We are a Singapore-based boutique executive search firm. We are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious professional to join our team as an Associate (Executive Search). The role offers exposure to senior-level recruitment assignments across industries and geographies. The selected candidate will support senior consultants in identifying, assessing, and engaging leadership talent for client organizations.

• Conduct market and industry research to map senior talent across relevant sectors.
• Identify, approach, and engage potential candidates through structured search methodologies.
• Support the execution of executive search mandates from initial research to candidate shortlisting.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and market intelligence.
• Coordinate candidate interactions, interviews, and feedback processes.
• Prepare search documentation including longlists, candidate profiles.

• Diploma in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience in research, consulting, recruitment, or similar roles
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior professionals.
• Proficiency with MS Office and digital research tools.
