Human Resources Officer

International Bank | London | £35,000 + benefits

We’re partnering with a well-established international bank in London to hire an HR Officer to join their growing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional looking to broaden their exposure within a regulated financial services environment.

Reporting into the HR Manager, you’ll provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with internal policy and FCA-regulated standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
• Drafting contracts and HR documentation
• Supporting payroll and benefits administration
• Advising managers on HR policies and procedures
• Assisting with employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence)
• Maintaining accurate HRIS and personnel records
• Supporting recruitment and stakeholder coordination

• 2–4 years’ HR experience, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Confident managing HR administration with accuracy and discretion
• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships

• Exposure to an international banking environment
• Broad, generalist remit with scope to develop
• Supportive and collaborative HR team
• Competitive salary circa £35,000 plus benefits
