We are recruiting for a discreet search firm focused on the global private staff market
. Our clients include celebrities, sports stars, business leaders, political figures, royal families, and high-net-worth individuals
. All clients are inbound –
you won’t be cold calling
.

Your role will involve finding staff for private households, including private tutors, nannies, governesses, and estate managers
.

Unlike many forms of recruitment, this role prioritises assessing cultural fit just as much as reviewing CVs.

• Inbound clients and candidates – no endless cold calling; focus on doing a great job.
• High earning potential – the average fee is £10k; one placement billed £25k in their second month.
