Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £55k OTE!
Location: Greater London

Our client is looking to onboard 3 graduates to begin their RECRUITMENT journey on their FINANCE desk! If you’re driven, charismatic and hungry to earn good cash, this company is worth applying to!

TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT The Client:
Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Dominating the financial services, this company work in both the UK and US market, meaning they are well established and trusted globally! They place the top professionals into high paying roles; therefore, the fees you will be working with are huge! With the average fee being £70k, you are likely to be taking home a huge chunk of commission after each deal.

They offer a 40% no threshold commission structure, which is very generous in comparison to other companies. This is due to them being more boutique and so they can prioritize their employees more than other firms.

The Incentives of being in Recruitment:
Trainee Recruitment Consultant
  • £28k base with an increase to £30k once promoted
  • 40% commission structure with no threshold
  • OTE £55k Year 1
  • Whether you’re hitting your targets, you should be promoted within 6 months
  • Holiday incentives 2x a year – skiing and a hot holiday such as Ibiza, Greece or Italy
  • Quarterly incentives – team socials, city breaks, drinks and restaurants

The Role:

Trainee Recruitment Consultant
  • Sourcing new clients through business development
  • Attending client meetings and building rapport
  • Headhunting potential candidates through cold-calling and Linked In
  • Screening and interviewing candidates and organizing them to meet clients
  • Managing the end-to-end interview process
  • Negotiating deals and salary
  • Building out your network and pipeline
  • Working towards targets and earning commission!
The Ideal Candidate :
Trainee Recruitment Consultant
  • Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
  • Sales experience
  • Financially driven
  • Motivated
  • Ambitious
  • Confident people skills
  • Communication skills
