Auxo Technology, part of the Auxo Talent Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Technology division in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven senior consultant with a background in Data, Fin Tech, Cyber or Infrastructure recruitment
, across either permanent or contract markets, to take the next step in their career with a globally expanding STEMX workforce solutions provider.

As a Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build and manage a strong client portfolio within Data, Fin Tech, Cyber or Infrastructure markets
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across permanent and/or contract hiring
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
• Lead by example within the team, contributing to growth and performance
• Develop long-term relationships across global markets
• Play a key role in driving the continued success of Auxo Technology

• Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant
• Background in Technology recruitment (Data, Fin Tech, Cyber or Infrastructure preferred)
• Strong billing track record
• Commercially driven with a consultative approach
