Recruitment Consultant - Automotive Industry

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with knowledge of the automotive industry to join our growing team in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven individual who understands the fast-paced nature of both recruitment and the automotive sector.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with automotive clients to source high-quality candidates for a range of roles across the industry.

• Manage the full recruitment process from initial client brief through to successful placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the automotive sector
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of automotive roles
• Advertise vacancies, search databases, and actively headhunt suitable candidates
• Provide professional advice and guidance to both clients and candidates
• Meet and exceed placement and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/ATS system

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (automotive sector experience preferred)
• Proven track record of billing and achieving targets
• Strong understanding of automotive roles and the wider industry
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Basic salary of £30,000 per year
• Uncapped commission structure
• Office-based role in North London (Monday-Friday)
