The Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, youll join either the European or US division and work within specialist legal markets. From day one, youll be trained to:
Build relationships with candidates and clients Source and qualify high-level legal professionals Develop business and generate opportunities Manage interview processes and negotiations Work towards promotions and revenue targets Depending on the team, consultants begin in either a candidate-focused or business development-focused role before progressing into a full 360 position.
