Description

Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements and screening CVs.
Assist in scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
Support the Human Resources team in maintaining accurate recruitment records.
Provide administrative support for onboarding and compliance processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met effectively.
Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and processes.
Ensure all recruitment activities align with organisational policies and values.
Respond to general recruitment-related queries in a timely manner.

Profile

A successful HR Recruitment professional should have:

Previous experience in a recruitment or Human Resources role.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
A good understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Job Offer

An hourly pay rate between GBP £16.00 and GBP £18.00.
