People Partner (12-Month FTC)
📍 London | Hybrid Working (2 days in office)
We're seeking a proactive and ambitious People Partner to join a fast-paced, international business for a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with managers and employees across a diverse organisation, providing expert HR support while helping to drive key people initiatives and business success.
As a People Partner, you'll provide a comprehensive HR service across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all people-related matters.
You'll play a key role in delivering HR strategy, managing complex employee relations cases, supporting organisational change programmes, and driving continuous improvement across people processes.
Role overview:
Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers and employees on employment-related matters
Manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, capability, and absence management
Lead and support organisational change projects, including redundancies and TUPE processes
Support the delivery of People led initiatives
Contribute to review processes and people-centred projects
Provide HR analysis and insights
Continually monitor policies, processes and the overall employee experience for improvements
About You
We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals from a generalist background looking for their first Partner role. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment with the confidence to build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.
What we're looking for:
Proven HR Generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle
Strong UK employment law knowledge
Extensive Employee Relations experience, including complex case management
Experience managing organisational change, restructures and redundancy processes
Experience coaching and supporting managers on challenging people issues
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
CIPD qualification
This position needs a true collaborator. If you are thorough and are motivated by business wide projects requiring HR expertise, but equally happy to work in a operational capacity, we would like to speak with you.
