Position SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to head our human resources and talent acquisition departments. The chosen applicant will lead recruiting processes, manage HR systems and strategies to attract, retain and grow outstanding talents. The ideal candidate should have strong managerial skills, outstanding communication skills and a complete knowledge of HRIS platforms and application tracking systems.
The HR & Recruitment Manager will assist in building a healthy organisational culture and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Oversee full‑cycle recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage and optimise HRIS platforms such as Workday, People Soft, Taleo or similar to ensure data quality and efficiency.
- Supervise the use of ATS tools to optimise recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Lead the HR staff and work with management to build an effective human resources strategy.
- Analyse personnel data to detect patterns, forecast staffing needs, and aid organisational planning.
- Develop and communicate HR initiatives, policies and recruitment metrics to upper management.
- Ensure all HR functions comply with employment regulations and corporate policy.
- Deliver training on HR systems, rules and best practices for employee development.
- Maintain open communication within the company to enhance employee involvement and transparency.
- Proven experience managing human resources or recruitment functions.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, People Soft, Taleo or similar systems; knowledge of ATS technologies is required.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams to success.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
- Ability to use data‑analytic approaches to evaluate HR metrics and develop useful insights.
- Knowledge of employment law, best practice in human resources and organisational development techniques.
- Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Preferred but not strictly necessary: appropriate credentials in Human Resources or comparable disciplines.
